Aluminum-plastic composite panel (ACP or APCP ) consists of the coating painted aluminum sheet as the surfaces and polyethylene, polypropylene plastic mixed as the core, to be produced through a series of processing based on new type of composite material.
Aluminum-plastic plate was from the German Root Aleixin (ALUDINGEN) originally, after the Improvement of Netherlands-Croatian Airlines (FORKEN) and Alcoa Inc.(ALOCA) in 1990s, the production quality gradually reached a higher level and kept steady, due to the nature of aluminum-plastic panels are from two different materials' (metal and non-metallic) composition, it retains the original characteristics of materials (aluminum, non-metallic plastic), and overcomes the shortcomings of the original materials, which receives numerous outstanding material properties, such as luxury, beautiful and colorful ,decorative, anti-weathering, corrosion resistance, the attack resistance, fire and moisture resistance, the nature of noiseand heat insulation, resistance to shock ;Light weight, easy molding and processing, easy installation and removal and so on.These characteristics for the aluminum-plastic plate broaden the range of its application.
